Certified Third Party Service Provider List

Listed below are Third Party Servicers ("TPS") that have been certified by SIGIS. TPSs are entities to which merchants outsource a significant portion of their IIAS processes. A TPS is defined as a company that develops and operates inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems for merchant clients. A TPS may be a retailer, a POS software vendor or a company that provides third party services to merchants that sells prescription/Rx and over-the-counter Qualified Healthcare Products.

In certain cases, merchant clients of a TPS may be able to become certified by SIGIS for IIAS through a streamlined process. The key requirement for a company to qualify as a TPS whose merchants may take advantage of streamlined certification is that theTPS provides and operates all of the following services/systems on behalf of its merchant clients:

• Inventory management
• Cash register/POS transaction" processing
• Payment card processing

The TPS must have an established relationship with an acquiring processor for purposes of certifying the POS and payment card processing. If the TPS's software allows the merchant to make changes that will affect IIAS processing after the software is installed, its merchant clients who use that software will not be able to use streamlined certification. In those cases, the merchant may certify using the standard SIGIS merchant certification process.

If you are a merchant client of a certified TPS listed below, please contact your TPS to determine if its certification covers the version of system/service you are using and the acquirer who is processing your card transactions. If so, the TPS will inform you that you may use the streamlined certification process and will instruct you on how to do so.
