Members may provide suggestions, input and other feedback concerning SIGIS deliverables (“Feedback”) pursuant to the Membership Agreements Members have signed. We do not accept Feedback concerning SIGIS deliverables from non-members. If a non-member submits (“Submitter”) any Feedback to the SIGIS:association then by so submitting, it grants the SIGIS association an unrestricted right to use and sublicense the Feedback, in any form, with or without modifications, and to disclose through publication or any other means the Feedback to Members or any other party. By submitting Feedback, each Submitter represents on behalf of himself or herself and his or her employer, if any, that he or she has the authority to grant the SIGIS association the aforementioned rights in any Feedback it submits.
