• 90% Rule Extension to June 30, 2009
  This notice provides additional transition relief with respect to the use of debit cards for medical expense reimbursements at stores with the Drug Stores and Pharmacies mer-chant category code.



• New IRS 90% Rule Program
  The SIGIS Association is pleased to announce support for drug stores and pharmacies that meet IRS requirements that on a store location by store location basis, 90% of the store's gross receipts during the prior taxable year consisted of items which qualify as medical expenses (including over-the-counter eligible healthcare items).
